I just watched Patrick Adams take over $7,000 from a family to defend a young man. In 1 1/2 years he never requested the evidence from the court clerk, he never filed a single piece of paper; not a motion for discovery, not a for exculpatory evidence,....only verbal requests for continuance... CONVINCING HIS CLIENT to waive preliminary, wave revocation hearing and enter a blind plea!!!! He sold his client out..took his money and sent this young man to prison.

I hired Amber as my attorney to represent me for a civil service hearing. Six days prior to the hearing, Amber sent an email to the employer who I was fighting against stating, "I need to make it clear to everyone that I am not representing her.
Amber never told me that she was not representing me.

Acord was court appointed to handle my adoption without consent case in Tulsa, OK. Acord strategically blocked me to prevent me contacting her during the case before I ended up ultimately firing ACORD. Acord went ex parte to Judge Patrick Pickerill of Tulsa County 14th Judicial District and got an ex parte order to get off the case months after ACORD filed a protective order against me. I was prevented from communicating with Acord and ACORD put me at legal duress. Now Acord has a new office in Oklahoma County to lie to clients. Fortunately I researched Title 10, Title 10A and Title 43 and realized Acord was not candid to me and ACORD never had my best interests. Acord never gave me all my files and weaponized my own medical records against me and ACORD made non candid statements to judges and even told the then protective order judge at the time, Judge Leitch, that I was writing emails to Homeland Security about Acord when that was not true. Acord will make the victim client look bad while abusing qualified judicial immunity to lie.

I retained The SeaCat Law Firm through my father because I was in jail on 12/15/2020. I paid $2500.00 to Robert SeacCat (son) a lawyer whom I never saw his presence in court. He sent his legal assistant Gabriel for everything when that was not discussed with me that he was going to send Gabriel in absence of his presence. Please see case "Non-lawyers represented Tulsa County in dozens of criminal cases” (readfrontier.org). Robert Seacat placed Gabriel on my case as professional misconduct, which used all the $2500.00 fees to seek charges dropped, but it did not happen. Robert SeaCat wanted me to spend another $7500.00 to hire him during the trial which I did NOT because I was not willing to take bogus charges on my record when I had proof, they were false charges and I showed SeaCat, which he did not care about. He wanted more money. Out of the 20 court appearances, Robert SeaCat only attended two, to enter on my behalf and to exit when I fired him. He sent Gabriel to all of the other 18 appearances; therefore, I am requesting my money back for the services he did not provide me. I have emails from Gabriel, not Robert SeaCat except when he started disrespecting me when I fired him and needed a refund.
Robert Seacat did not provide me with the service that I paid him for. I asked him to put the Trial FEE back on the card and he stalled the first week, then told me to pick up the check later on in the week. By that time I filed charges with my bank, and they sent a letter to Seacat stating that they refunded the temporary credit back to me. Then SeaCat told me to pick up the check after I filed with bank but then it was released once the funds cleared from the check. Robert also file fradualet charges against me within the courts then dropped the case because he knew he did not have a leg to stand on infront of judge.
Robert SeaCat did not believe me when I explained that several times by email and phone that I refunded his money. I told him I was going to file to the Bar Association for disrespecting me through the email, he acted as if I was lying and he did not care about the Bar. I told him I will file with the Bar Association, and he told me that he was not scared of that as if he was above the law and bar association.
Robert Seacat did drop the case after the bank finally contacted him and told them it was an error on their behalf, but he still has not removed it from the court records. It looks as if I don't pay bills and I sent emails explaining that to Seacat via email.
He also was so unethical that he contacted the new attorney after I fired him telling him that I don’t pay, and I owe him money via emails.

Ray fights for pennies; He will settle on behalf of the client for nothing. Waste of time and money with him.

Making money off you, is this person's goal. At any cost, especially Justice. Jeff Price FRAUDULENTLY charged me an additional 30% to perform tasks that should have already been completed by his law firm, sometime in the previous 2 years from when Jeff Price changed me EXTRA. He would charge me a price for services, and at the SAME time he was changing me HOURLY... Jeff Price even double charged me for services that his former partner had handled, which I paid for in full at the time of service. A YEAR PRIOR TO HIS DOUBLE CHARGING ME. He even went as far as to charge me for his law firms representation, in my divorce, in which I represented MYSELF DURING THE DIVORCE so why is Jeff Price changing ME fo work I did, NOT his law firm? Not only does Jeff Price over charge and under deliver on services, he literally over charged me for motions filed in August 2022, yet the hearing that was supposed to address these motions, turned into something else. Those motions, one for Discovery of the video and audio records from the incident, and a motion to suppress evidence illegally obtained through an illegal traffic stop, search and seizure. Instead, at the hearing that was too address these motions, once this hearing began, I was asked by Jeff Price to step out into the hallway for several minutes while my hearing continued, absent of my presence. I felt this was rather unethical and the Judge actually seemed preoccupied with her discussion with the bailiff, didn't even look my way when I was instructed to step into the hall... Those motions that were supposed to be addressed that day, were swept under the rug and went seen to until March, 2023... All motions filed on my behalf for a 30% premium on my bill, fell short of the courts requirements for action. Telling me the $700 worth of motions, filed by Jeff Price were found to be "Too vague" for them to decipher what was being requested in the request. All of this, taking place over TWO YEARS after I was initially charged with that false changes RCSO put on me in retaliation to my asserting my rights and defending an 80 year old woman in the middle of the night, to their malicious interrogations and escalations. The Deputies said that I was in the middle of their investigation and they were after him, not me and that I could "go"... My being stalked, harassed and falsely being arrested occuring immediately upon my being dismissed by the Deputies. Upon informing Jeff Price of the facts of the matter, Mr Price was extremely negative regarding my version of events, even telling me that my vehicle was "shit"... When the Deputys were in violation of many of their own policies and absolute disregard for the many violations of Civil Rights throughout my time dealing with Jeff Price, resulting in Mr Price, himself committing Civil Rights violations. Fabricating claims in his response to the bar association in an OFFICIAL DOCUMENT, including but not limited to his stating to the bar association that after extremely inflated claims of being my hero, claiming he was being extremely fair in his billing me for literally nothing he is STILL harassing me with fraudulent charges he NEVER completed any of the work for, Also in his response to the bar, which he never considered they would send me a copy of his answer, he threw the DA office, and RCSO under the bus, stating the obvious issue with the audio and video records. Also revealed in his response letter to the bar, was that he was having "other attorneys" keep him updated and in the loop with the details in my case? Seems like there is a well past due checks and balances audit, a major financial AUDIT and investigation into both Civil Rights violations and conspiracy to commit Civil Rights violations in my case, in which blatant HATE CRIMES are evident, merely in my PUBLIC COURT DOCKET ON OSCN.NET also found here...
